Unfortunately, yes.

First and foremost it needs paint... LOTS of PAINT. They painted the freaking ceiling! IN EVERY ROOM!! Who does that?

Floors

A couple walls pulled/moved

A screening in the porch

Building a pond (that's a want not a need )

and still trying to figure out the internet situation

But it has a chicken coup

6 stall horse barn that was just put in a couple years ago

2 septic systems....

And much much more!! lol

Once we get it officially I will post some pictures as a start to the transformation from suburbanites to homesteaders
