I'm an Indiana native, located in Ohio and 3 time thru-hiker of the Appalachian Trail (2 ME-GA, 1 GA-ME).  I hate living in the city and dream of being self-sufficient, full-time.  Married with kids and working on finding a way to take us off the grid and rely on our labors.  Glad to join you all.

wow, three thru-hikes? very impresive and totally jealous, what was your favorite stretch? trying to talk to wife into doing a week on the 100 mile wilderness here in Maine
