The lawyer says that we have a ton of great counter claims. But I highly doubt anything good will come of it this guys has made a career of robbing people on this place for over 30yrs. Ill keep my fingers crossed that maybe justice will prevail but im not going to let it hold me back from planning for the future. 

Ive seen that A frame before its very cool.

Im looking to a galvanized steel frame for mine 37ft wide 40ft long 29ft tall.  this will give 1200sq ft on the first floor and depending on how much I finish on the second it could be 2400sq ft most likely id only do half and make it 1800 sq ft whcih is plenty big.
