Well I finally had a second to sign up for your forum kvr. We live in central NY. We are well on our way to getting free of the systems we electively have used throughout our time here on the planet. I have managed to reduce my work to 12 hours/mo for money and the rest of the time we dedicate to building our life so it can be maintained on less and less. We can live on relativily little money now being debt free. The years coming will be focused less and less on building and more on earth shaping and filling our 14 mountain acres with edibles to provide for my family of 3 kids and wife.
anyway..hi everyone and look forward to being a contributing/learning member. Thanks

Its just over an acre in sabattus, Its kind of a cool lot next to a shore land zone lot that borders sabattus river ,south of the lake. Its got a nice stream flowing through it. All wooded . This years goal is to take a hole out of the middle of it for a popup maybe soon build something rustic/small/orgainic with what ever resources I can find. It will be good for a while all though I think I would like a bit more land and maybe a bit more secluded. We used to go up every year to the northern shore with my mom when we were kids.. This years trip was to weld with a buddy and a bunch of hiking. Maine is just beautiful.
I found a lot for sale a bit north of bucksport that looks cool. Ill find the link.
