Hello from ontario, Canada. Really enjoy all your posts and info . Been growing veggies for 10 yrs and keeping bees for 3. Just moved to a great new property with my girlfriend in the fall. Going to be market gardening and probably keeping chickens. Got a sepp holzer book in the mail and already started a small terrace in the back. Building a huge hooglebeet. Heading towards saving more seeds to lower our seed bill every year. Our biggest concerns would be switching to wood heat from electric (20 acres w possible wood lot) getying into a bit of solar , wind or hydro power. Lowering monthly bills getting into more animals ( have kept chickens before ) possible aquaculture and of course : brewing beer !!
