I have a form of golfer's elbow or medial epicondylitis. It's been a chronic problem from grappling, but I've never had my elbow lock and pop loose while under load. The surgeon suspects I have a cyst that's causing the joint to lock. If things haven't improved in a couple of weeks he'll order an MRI to find out for sure.

So things have improved dramatically with the elbow. I was wearing a brace that would keep compression and stop the elbow locking. I've since stopped using the brace, only putting it on when necessary. I laid laminate flooring all day today, and shoveled for 2 hours with no problems-I'm optimistic.
At least I can ride the airdyne and work my upper body. I'll wait a couple more weeks to hit the kettlebells and barbell. Still holding steady at 255.
