I exercise quite a bit, I find p90x to be very conducive to my daily schedule, then I usually put 5 to 6 miles of road work in every day.
Been doing a .5 mile brisk walk, a timed 1.5 mile run and then a 4 mile cool down. I'm probably in the best shape of my adult life right now outside of senior year of wrestling, and I am getting real close to that.

Still hanging around 205-210 which I am pretty happy with, haven't been as strict with my carbs, don't want to get to low because if I do end up at the police academy next month I will probably lose another 20 pounds over the 18 weeks just from the pt
