this would be kind of cool for a summer vacation

A new bike route will link Chattanooga to Atlanta.

U.S. Bike Route 21 will be 160 miles long. It's one of the first U.S. Bicycle Routes approved by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials recently.

The Georgia Department of Transportation has been coordinating with Tennessee to designate USBR 21, which will eventually connect Atlanta to Cleveland when it is complete, according to a news release.
