First the military guy is like a clone of Joe Teti.  I feel like every time he's talking to the camera, he's lecturing me.  His tone, delivery, and verbage are near identical to Teti.  If I closed my eyes, I doubt I could pick who was saying it.  I would say maybe its just a SF or army thing, but I don't remember him being like that on Survival Alaska.

I was having flashbacks when they were showing the season preview and he was trying to kill the pig

I'm a fan of the genre, so I'll continue to watch . . . having said that, I'm not really a fan of the new season.  It seems to be trying too hard, and the editing seems to be bad.  Like, they're trying the same routine as last season trying to make it like the primitive guy wants to live there, while the militrary guy want's to push through and leave.  But they didn't set it up very well.  Just lots of cringe worthy stuff.  Also trying to make the primitive guy out like he loves trees, etc, but he's hacking away with a machete'.

i love grady and don't see the similarities to joe t at all.

the "primitive" expert knows his stuff...he was trained by long time expert and teacher Tom Brown

the problem is he is 100% south Jersey

if you wanted to know what people in south jersey act like it's him 100%

You don't see any similarities to Joe and Grady?  They sound and act so similar, it's like Grady is trying to be him (or reading a script).  And I'm a huge fan of Ultimate Survival Alaska, and never noticed it on there.

I always wanted to see Joe paired up with another Type A personality...and between them they have 1 gun and 1 bullet...would be interesting to see how that would play out.

"let's kill a deer!"..."No, lets break down the bullet and use the powder to start a fire, the bullet to make a sinker for fishing, and the case to make a rescue whistle"...lol
