Well my old man and I were going to get an old car and build it together and that didn't work out as planned because of that I have been thinking hard about building a car for the girls for when they get older for occasions and such. ( Or you if need be )

As a side note, talked to the orchard in town today, they are expecting someone to pick up a crap load of applewood tomorrow, they were in for take out, so I bought them a round of drinks in trade, so if you and roscoe want to smoke the deer tomorrow in the smoker, go for it, I just don't know if I have that much time to set aside for it, you really need to sit there and stoke it every half hour, it's a case of beer, music and fire kind of day, if you really want to do the whole leg, it's going to take forever, I recommend strips

Would it be beneficial to boil the meat for a little while before I smoke? Or not do as much at once?
