I fly fish. I'm actually a better fly tier than I am fly fisher. I have a tendency to muscle my casts the same way I swing a golf club. My cast has been described by my fishing buddies as a flop and drift.

No ice fishing.  We didn't string enough cold days together on my days off to go out around town. I haven't had enough time to drive to one of the big lakes.

I caught a few pike in one of the local rivers using a spincast rod and a couple of daredevil spoons.
