Here is a Paleo Friendly Chocolate that is very easy to make.
My wife has been craving some chocolate so I decided to try and make her something close to her favorite, almond joys.
I grabbed some supplies;
- Honey.
- Coconut Oil.
- Unsweetened Dark Cocoa.
- Salt.
- Coconut.
- Almonds.
I dumped in 2 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2/3 cup of honey and a teaspoon of sea salt
I melted a cup of coconut oil
and mixed it well
I covered a pan with wax paper and smoothed it all out on the pan
and sprinkled unsweetened coconut and almonds on it
I set the pan outside to harden and after about 40 minutes, it was set
An it was good!
Now this is not Low-Cal,I did a quick breakdown on MFP but is Paleo friendly

Chocolate covered strawberries!
Banana Chips.
She mixed with just coconut for a coconut drop.
My goodness they are good, especially the fruit.
She started making chocolate dipped bananas on a stick which are a great replacement for ice cream bars.
