Here is a paleo friendly lasagna that we like to make. Well it was suppose to be Lasagna, most paleo people say no dairy, some say it’s fine as long as you are not lactose intolerant, but one meal a week isn’t going to kill me, right? Right? Anybody?
So I chopped up a couple cups of onions for a total 134 calories
And 4 carrots for 118 calories
4 cups of green peppers 119 calories
The only whole mozzarella I could find at the store was a block of it.
So I grated it up for a total 1400 calories and cooked up 2 pounds of ground beef 1417 calories.
I just started layering it all.
I covered it with a jar of sauce and sprinkled with garlic powder 420 calories.
I repeated the layers till the pan was full.
I stuck it in the oven at 400 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Man it was good, I had 2 big bowls.
Total calories for the pan is 3668, so even eating 1/3rd the pan is only 1220 calories, which is basically all I had all day, this is to easy!
