Your daughter has to be pumped. How are you going to heat the space long term?

Nice job KVR...When I was teen ager I built a room in the old barn...I had it framed up with scraps of lumber that we had around, I wanted plywood for the walls (OSB wasn't invented yet??) and there was no money for that...one day Dad came home with the pick up bed full of large carboard boxes that were broken down..with the sheets of cardboard, some old rolls of tarpaper and a staple gun it turned out like a palace to me at that time.  Lasted pretty well for about 7 years or so.

I like what you are doing a lot more than my old 'box'

While that dried we got the osb in the workshop

and on the ceiling of the drive through

I think I'm going to miss my Sunday deadline

Great work! I'm always impressed with your speed. Do you do the texturing yourself as well or just the drywall and taping?

You said above:  "trying to prepare for anything that may come in the future as well with this", may I ask what things you think may come? I am always interested in planning and thinking for the future and for all things I do to serve multiple purposes.

Well my father has lived with us the last 15 years, I believe in taking care of the generation before, our daughter has picked that mentaility up.

My wife and I have 30 remote acres that we want to build a cabin on to live in the next couple years. The house and property would then become our daughters, it is her's anyways at some point. If I happen to pass before my wife I am not sure she will want to live alone off the grid in the woods, so this would then become her residence.
