Yeah it would, it's in a really good spot for it. The only issue is she took so much out of the side of the hill it will need a retaining wall put in before anything else can be done. It's like a sheer 18 foot clay wall, and it's held for a few years now with minimal slippage, but I couldn't feel right about building with a chance is could come down.

 

I was thinking about using redi rock. For those who don't know it's basically big concrete legos that fit together like this:

I can't seem to nail down the price per piece, its all done by quote. They weigh in at over a ton though so I imagine kinda spendy. I'll ask around and see if I can find anyone who's used it before, you see a lot of it around here since it's mostly hills and they need a sure fire way of keeping them from slipping.

So about $105 per unit. That's not terrible considering how solid they are and that it's pre-fab.

I can't imagine it would be terribly difficult. The cement would be your biggest expense, not sure how cost effective it would be. I kinda don't think there's any aggregate in there so it's all cement.
