Nah ran into this guy in Moab, UT, a real character from around San Diego.

Retired fellow and his wife.

Spent a brief time talking with the guy, had an encyclopedia like mind, and a great sense of humor.

He started off wanting to import a certain model of of Unimog, but went with this instead.

I found a used one listed at 271,000.

This guy was another one of those cool old school Americans.

btw, had to learn to right click on a mac, think I have pictures sorted out....
