i'll have to try the eggs one time.
They're good, and really easy to make! If you have never pickled before pickled eggs are a pretty good place to start out.
i do a bunch of pickling actually. just never done eggs (never even tasted).
how long can you keep them for once pickled?
is there a way to avoid the fridge?

sorry i missed this reply for so long. As far as I know they keep for several months or longer. I don't think you can avoid the fridge with this method but doing a traditional brine would probably work with no refrigeration. I've seen glass jars of pickled eggs in bars and such that looked like they had been there for years lol!
