You are busy! Can't wait to see the updated plans. So are you going to start building the shop right away?

Hopefully we get no rain this weekend so that we can finish up Tuesday. My daughter has graduation tonight and my brother is moving up tomorrow so I will be helping him unload Sunday and Monday.

The original thought was a 20x24 shop, that isn't going to work due to side boundaries and after talking it over I really don't like the idea of having to drive through it or walk the animals through it, so it is going to be 12x32 and backed up behind my dads cabin, going to blow out the back wall of the cabin and have stairs going up to the second floor for a studio apartment for my daughter. That way I still have a space behind the cabin to drive through and work the animals up from the barn.

Probably be a couple weeks before the actual construction begins though due to commitments.

Hot dang.

That barn that we moved was 12x24 and it was a nice space. 12x32 will be nice and you can park the tractor in there.

Yeah, I'm thinking about doing posts for the last ten feet and cantilevering the second story over it so that I have an outdoor work area as well. Like this.

After to talking to everyone. This is the best design and is pretty sweet. Will post some sketches later.

so my wife decided she wanted to mulch around the gazebo. I didn't agree, thought we should keep the grass, happy wife; happy life

She laid out some cardboard around the perimeter

And I got to drive the tractor around the yard for a couple hours

I have to agree with her, it looks pretty good
