K, here are some cattle similar to your so you can see what they are selling for.

I have 2 mini jersey/dexter steer. They have had their first booster and have been dewormed a year ago. They are a year and a half old. Could be butchered anytime. But if you want, we can continue raising them until you are ready to butcher them. They also can make great pets. They are really good around us, the kids and our dog. Will send pictures upon request. $800 a piece or both for $1500.
We also have a yorkshire Boar that we can finish raising or you can. Will be ready to be butchered this fall. Price is negotiable on the boar.

that actually isn't a bad price if you figure out feed and hay to get them to that age, that's about the same age as ours

so this is the new design, combines the original and the second one, back to 20x24, I don't need the full space, going to cantilever the studio over the the workshop onto posts so that way we have a drive through and access for animals, plus we can store tractor, 4 wheeler, etc under it.

Sounds awesome. Is your plan to live at this house for a long time? What's up with the cabin in the woods?

Don't know, some day it will happen, just focused on our daughter right now. Long term plan is this house is our daughters, we move out to the woods, if I pass first, my wife will probably come back to town and this would then be her retirement cabin. I am trying to plan for all possibilities, we ain't getting any younger. But life always has a way of throwing a curve ball at you.

So we started having ledge dropped off several days ago

and it proceeded to rain for 4 days straight but was finally able to get back to it and grabbed a compactor

Laid out some drainage and dropped some loads of ledge

And tied that it into a run all along the length, ou can see where the drainage is going in front of the barn

And just started layering and compacting in 6 inch runs

Final height and compacting which is 8 inched below the top of my dad's cabin slab, that way we can put down 2 inch foam with a 6 inch slab on top of it so the two meet

Moved the last pile of overburden and getting ready for today, hopefully the rain holds off

rain held off so we started hauling more ledge

Stretched out the drainage

And started burying it

And just started hauling and dumping

We got downpoured on last night and the drainage is working well

Now it's time to start making it look less like a parking lot

I've been digging out some gravel from our parking lot that I want removed, time to start hauling that and mulch
