how did the interview go?
I felt like it went pretty good actually. This was the preliminary interview with lower management personnel; we will see within a week or so if they call me back for a interview with the leadership. Time to sit back, relax, and not stress about it for now.
On a side note, I hadn't been to that side of the state in a year or so; I had almost forgot how much I like that over there. Lots of wide open space outside the city.

It would be IT within the healthcare field, so a step closer to my end goal. I have an undergrad in healthcare management, and I am working on the political science degree, with hopes of getting involved in state/federal compliance in healthcare information systems at some point.

Yup, that is most people's reaction. LOL Compliance today is very political and requires a firm understanding of laws and proposed legislative changes. Who knows, here is were I will probably end up:

Well, got the job offer today and accepted it; looks like we're moving to the west side of the state asap.

Congrats Jon! That was fast, do you have the house on the market yet? You going to just commute until it sells?

Thanks! House is going up by the weekend. Realtor is working it over as we speak. It's 1.5 hrs each way to GR from our place, so I'll most likely get a by-the-week hotel room for me during the weekdays and drive home on the weekends until it sells.
