it's been pretty cool here as well with lots of rain, my hydroseed got washed out again yesterday, looks like it's the old seed and straw method for the patches that don't grow

Oh my gosh!

i have hot and cold running water! My friend came over installed a pump and hooked it up for me. Finally, after six years, I can turn on the tap, take a bath without having to carry pots of water! Wow.
