easyI agree that they are not hurting anything. I think that in other areas of the state (Pueblo). Where housing was DIRT cheap before pot, organized crime has moved in and started buying up small houses and putting in small scale grow ops to provide for other parts of the country. I think that it may be stimulating the economy in my area raising prices. I also think it has made it a more desirable place to live than other areas for a lot of people.
Interesting. I never thought about Organized Crime using legalized pot to grow "legally" and shipping it to areas where it's more in demand.

right, instead of the whole scenario being illegal. They are able to cultivate leagally and it only becomes illegal once it leaves the area it is grown in quantities greater than 1 oz.
ANYWAYS.......... THE OTHER BUYER FELL THROUGH AND I AM UNDER CONTRACT.
HOPE TO BE MOVING INTO THE COUNTRY SOON!!!!!!
wish it was more land, but beggars cant be choosers.

it does not need any work at all. The house itself appears to be in great shape. I have my inspection this friday. I do plan to close in the hay barn and add 200 amps for my wood and metal working shop. I also would like to build a greenhouse in the near future.
Although, in an odd twist the owner died this past weekend. I do wish I could have met her, it is obvious that she had pride in the property.
