I'm saying it is going to go bust, they need to raise another 200 million just to start production and this is after 50,000 preorders

Elio Motors still needs to raise more than $200 million before it can start production. Elio says work has begun to build the 25 prototypes needed for crash testing. 

uh which is it, has it been tested or not?
