Alright, west, north, and east walls are up.
I have to break the south wall into two pieces to raise it but don't know how to joint if if I don't have a double top plate or double sill plate. Any ideas? Couldn't find anything in the IRC on it and I would rather not fail the inspection if possible.

In hindsight it was a petty reason (I wanted the windows as high as possible so I squeezed out the second top plate). You can see that the header in the wall above is as high as we can take it.
We will also be using the California Corner where possible.
We'll use simpson corner ties that are up to code so I'm not too worried about the corners. My main concern is along the long wall where it'll just be a butt joint between the two sections of wall.
