Icanreachit, I have a piece which is roughly 2 feet by three feet. It is a full piece stump vertical burl cut but not like that gargled one above. Problem is it is green.

I'll put it aside for you and I'll push it in the kiln line. I am heading to the jungle Sunday for a while. Might be a month before it is out of the kiln though if you do not mind waiting. I hate throwing away small pieces of perfectly good wood.

Will take some jungle pictures while away. Should be amusing this time I'm looking at 24 hours on 4 planes. Then three hours driving and three days in a dug out boat.

have fun!

^^ Seconded. Last time I was in the jungle it was in Ecuador and we were tubing down the Amazon. Before you start any work, let me know what it would be shipped to 78753 so that I can run it by my CFO.

Otherwise, have fun in the jungle!

I lived in Ecuador for around five years.

Not sure about the CFO. There is no real costs for me on my end if that is the question. So long as someone pays the shipping on chunks of wood my costs are like .10 per bf on Maple. It would just be firewood basically if someone does not use it.

Just getting rid of wastage and maybe get to see what others make with it.

by my rough estimate ups standard I used 24x36x8 inches and 75 pounds it would be 146.25 USD. Fed Ex would be 147.86

My guess is around 23 pounds at 10% when it comes out of the kiln. Three inches thick roughly.
