OK next up is AAAA or veneer grade Big Leaf Maple Quilted and Curly with some birds eye.

Special features are usually only one like say curly. This is 2-3 features per bf at 80-100%. Low end is like 30% coverage on the board foot. This stuff is 80-100% per bf. This stuff is rare, most times it is every 500th tree will have ten bf of it, that kind of rare.

I have set aside 1000 bf of 4/4 to 12/4 all 5 and 7 feet long pieces. Widths are 4-14 inches. A few live edge pieces. Has been properly stored after kiln drying ten years ago. So excited about this wood. It took my contact 30 years running his mill to get 2000 bf of the highest quality Big Leaf. 

Uses would be pens, knife scales, furniture, veneer etc etc.
