I know some people will use a fan and switch it to opposite sides of the plants each day

ground cherries in the back, that’s only a couple plants

Stoked! They look awesome! I am super excited for these guys. One popped up the other day so hopefully we are on our way to ground cherry heaven.

Most of our seedlings are up and super zesty. I am very happy with the light setup as everyone seems really happy.

Heirloom Black Cherry Tomatoes. The leaf shape is very interesting.

This Roma is going off large. It might be the pick of the litter.

Leeks are punching through.

Basil is maybe procrastinating, but still doing its thing.

Tomato forest in action.

More tomatoes. If you touch the stem you get a beautiful tomato smell.

The Roma and Red/Yellow Cherry neck of the woods.

We are a little concerned with this green plague growing in some of the cups. We've been keeping things moist, but I did not think moist enough for a moss like thing. We used potting soil, so that could have something to do with it. It doesn't seem to bother the plants, so hopefully everyone will make it outside with no issues.

Happy Friday folks!

I would stake them, the first year we didn't, seriously they will get so big, we had several split right down  the middle of the trunk

What kind of spacing would you recommend for a SFG setup? We were thinking two plants over three square feet, but now I am thinking one plant over that same area.

Hey KE, last year I had four ground cherry plants in half of a 4x4 bed.  They did sprawl out a bit but if you put something that grows tall on the other side of the bed then it wont get shaded out.

I planted black cherry tomatoes last year for the first time and they are my new favorite. the taste is amazing!

Your seeds seem to be thriving. how many lights are you running?  I have 2 48" shop lights but I might need to add another.
