The price on that JD is simply amazing. Stuff like that doesn't exist here, and if it does, it goes for 8k to 10k easy. If you have the means buy that thing. 

Also, the small AC is also a small compact tractor but with a lot of limitations. It looks like it had a trip loader (not a hydraulic bucket), probably doesn't have a 3 point hitch (older AC's didn't have them), and the hydraulics are basic. That JD is seriously 5x the tractor that the AC is. 

Those JD's also take belly mowers. Get one of those and replace your lawn tractor. Also cancel the excavator. You won't need him. The tractor is almost paid for! Win win.

that's what I'm thinking, probably going to pay 3000 for the excavator to come to do this, I'd rather just buy it and utilize it, when I talked to my wife, she even said, we can use it at the cabin
