I don't actually begin there until the 24th, so I have another 1.5 weeks before I start the new gig, but we did just accept an offer on our house. Assuming the buyer's home inspector doesn't see anything he doesn't like, we are set on selling our place (paperwork has been signed). 

Not a lot of luck finding a place in GR just yet; we went out last Saturday, but the three places we looked at were disappointing to say the least. 1 had a wet basement, 1 was ok but just needed a ton of updating, and the last one was on a 2 acre lot that had the pitch of a 10/12 roof and would have required mountain goats for lawn maintenance.

Unfortunately for us, the housing market in GR is a seller's market rather than a buyer's market, so stuff is going quicker than we get look at it. Needless to say, we are still looking.

Yup, still showing until everything is locked into place.
