Smart move. I still have no idea why I planted blackberries with thorns. I'm reminded of my mistake every time I try to weed that patch.

Here in Texas the ones with thorns are FREE and plentiful all throughout the woods. I thought the kids would enjoy picking the ones from vines without thorns much more. But I have been wrong before ....
Today I worked a bit more on planting post , and worked some on the new house to be.
