yeah, I am going to mess around with it a little.
I was looking at the fitbits and stumbled upon the garmin fenix 3, didn't even know garmin was into smart watches/trackers. Checked the reviews and ended up ordering one. Wife wasn't impressed but I told her it was coming out of the yearly beer fund that I'm not spending any more.
it's now part of my edc, amazing what the thing can do, it's pretty cool on my 3 mile walks for tracking and comparing routes.
One thing I am not a fan of is google changed the security setting for blue tooth where droids now need to utilize location services for access which I always leave turned off, so if I upgrade my phone in the future I will probably get a windows phone
Been messing around with a bunch of different recipes, need to get them posted on here. I find my tastes have changed, was never a big fan of fish but have been eating a crap load of Parmesan crusted haddock.
tried shrimp scampi the other night with zucchini noodles, much better than expected
I usually make a big bowl of salad and keep it in the fridge that we use for meals over a couple days, sausage avacado
Spinach and pepperoni
spinach and artichoke stuffed portobello have become a side staple as well
eating the heck out of smothered ribeyes
Shocked how much my hunger has diminished on full keto, I'm doing a pretty aggressive 30 percent deficiency which leaves me with about 1650 calories and I am struggling to get to 1500. Gonna have to keep an eye on that, am hitting my protein though.
