weight loss slowed down the past week, down just under 47 pounds, 49 more to go

hit a stall the last 5 days but dropped 1.5 pounds last night, hope to hit 50 by this friday which will be 12 weeks. Been walking 5 to 7 miles a day which been a great benefit physically and mentally.

Not yet, waiting till I lose another 25 pounds, down 52 pounds this morning which was surprising, went out for dinner and a concert with some friends last night for our anniversary and had a huge meal, still watched the carbs but had a 16 oz sirloin smothered with cheese and mushrooms, two salads, green beans and still lost weight.
