Feel awesome! Down to 211 this morning, .5 pounds to hit 70 down. 

Nice! Hit the 70 pound mark this morning. 25 to go. Fit back into my navy peacoat so I dropped that off at the dry cleaner.

Salvation army has been a life saver.

People are starting to freak me out, say I look sick, the weight loss has been quite fast so I made a doctors appointment for this afternoon to be on the safe side.

Yeah, he wasn't happy I was still doing keto but he did say the results were pretty impressive. Since we have a follow up in 4 weeks he ordered blood work but he said in his opinion with just looking at me I look great, he said normally when cancer is a cause of weight loss like this one of the signs is concave temples, it is one of the first places the fat disappears, never heard that before.

But I did have an appointment with a dermatologist yesterday, about 15 years I had a precancerous lesion on my nose that was frozen off, well I have had something similar on the top of my head for the last couple years. I mentioned it to my doctor and he said it looked like nothing, to me it looked the exact same so I got some medifreeze off amazon and tried burning it off, if it came back I would push seeing a specialist. 

So I sprayed it like 8 times in a 20 minute time frame, went way overboard, the whole area turned black, peeled off after a week....

And it came back.

So my appointment with the dermatologist was yesterday morning, he looked at it and said it appeared to be Actinic keratoses which can become an issue but wasn't really concerned with it but removed it for testing. He also did a full body exam and when he was looking at my left side he said but I am concerned about that.

What?

A mole on the rear of your arm, you probably can't see it but it is darker, raised and jagged edges. So he cut it off as well. Now I have to wait till next week for the results. Awesome.

Gonna have a kick ass scar though!
