It's tabasco chipotle sauce, it has zero calories
on a shrimp kick today, had a hankering for a shrimp caesar salad, minus the croutons of course

Sooooo, first BJJ class was Thursday night... I'm hurting in places I didn't know existed. I love it, can't wait for the next class. In other news, eating clean, but I haven't been able to do DDPyoga as much as I want due to work. I'll get it squared away soon though. I can already tell diet alone is working, my uniforms aren't quite as snug.
