what is that, 35 pounds for you? Good job!

I've given up trying to weigh myself, that's one bad thing about pouring your own slab, it's not perfectly level, so depending where the scale sits it can have a 5 pound difference, the average is 244, so just about 30 pounds down for me, 30 more to go till wedding day weight

Nah, I will only be down about ~30lbs by tomorrow.

Weigh in is at 5PM. We have both determined that we will not dehydrate ourselves or take it to crazy extremes. So I will just be working out like I normally do and restricting my diet -- but not sweating it out or anything.

I have been working out 3 times a day for the past few days. It is really helping.

Went well. I was 184, my buddy was 194. He lost 51 lbs -- I lost 30. Dinner went well, and surprisingly, he covered his half. I am on my journey to losing more weight. It will be nice to get down to 170 or so.
