At the beginning of the year I quite smoking. Ive been smoking since I was 16 and Im 36 now. Well I put on 15 lbs right off the bat and that wasnt good. So I started running and 3 weeks ago and Im trying to eat healthy but its tough for a single guy that works till 10 pm. But I have cut down my beer intake by alot. I was up to 202 and Im back down to 194 and I am running 2.5 miles a day on a treadmill. So lets do this and drop some lbs. guys and gals.
