Still eating clean. I can walk again now, that was a tough feat Friday & Saturday... DDPyoga is going well too. I've nearly kicked diet soft drinks, been making a conscious effort to drink as much water as possible. I know it's working because I had to move my buckle in a notch on my duty belt.

I finally started in earnest this week. Didn't do the weight loss competition, seeing as to be in the historical running for a monetary prize I would have to get down ~48% of my body weight. I just don't want to be that light, 185 is as low as I am willing to go. 262 and headed down. I worked a deal for a "reward" for every 10 lbs lost, and the DDM4 when I hit 195. We can all do this gentlemen, proud of your work so far.

I hate beets, but these are awesome if you are craving some potato chips, the bbq sweet potatoes aren't bad either

I'm down to about 250 now, from a high of 264. Side note, it was my birthday Saturday, so my parents took me out to eat. First "bad" food I've had in almost a month, and by the time I got home I was sick as a dog... Guess my body was rejecting all the yummy fried goodness I ate.
