Almost 30 down, Friday will be 6 weeks with renewed focus, had some bloodwork done a couple weeks ago, doctor is pushing me to a low fat diet, hope to be 35 down next week when we have our meeting after the colonoscopy and I can convince him to let it be for 6 months

Have a couple more recipes to post, hope to get them up tomorrow

thanks, gonna mix it up for the next week, since I can't eat on sunday I ordered the ingredients for DIY keto chow and am going to try that for the next week, was never a fan of the whole soylent movement but making a whole days worth of meals the night before in 5 minutes is pretty damn convenient

about 35 down now, my wife is not being as strict as I am but has lost about 12 pounds herself, so that is kind of cool, today we start working out, I can almost smell the purple belt!

oh and had follow up with doctor, he is totally against keto long term but since my weight loss and my blood pressure has gone from the 130's to 118 over 74 he said to continue for the next 90 days and we will redo the blood work and have another follow up.
