Almost 30 down, Friday will be 6 weeks with renewed focus, had some bloodwork done a couple weeks ago, doctor is pushing me to a low fat diet, hope to be 35 down next week when we have our meeting after the colonoscopy and I can convince him to let it be for 6 months

thanks, gonna mix it up for the next week, since I can't eat on sunday I ordered the ingredients for DIY keto chow and am going to try that for the next week, was never a fan of the whole soylent movement but making a whole days worth of meals the night before in 5 minutes is pretty damn convenient
