well got the results back from the dermatologist, the thing on my head was a benign keratosis and the thing on my arm was a atypical dysplasia mole, said it was not cancerous but if it wasn't removed like it was it could have become one 10-20 years down the road, so looks like I will be going back to him yearly for checkups

You push for whatever goal you want to hit. The main thing is, listen to your body. As long as you are feeling good then I say go for it.
