Down to 208. I need to keep this up. So far I have been working out in the AM (20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of weights -- all I have time for) and drinking a V8 for breakfast. I eat a salad for lunch and control my portions with dinner and so far I have been am to consistently drop.
I think I have a strategy for winning the weight loss competition I am part of -- the morning of the weigh off I am going to cover myself in garbage bags, put on some sweats, and jog for 30 minutes. That should be good for a 5lb temporary weight loss, I think.

The loser has to pay for the other couple to go out to dinner. I don't want to pay -- at all. I am doing ~20 minutes of cardio when I work out. My buddy is doing, seriously, 2.5 hours of cardio a day consisting of P90X, stationary bike, elliptical, etc. plus starving himself. I figure the least I can do is sweat a little before weigh in.
Despite all of his efforts I am still a little bit ahead of him in % lost. I just have to keep it up.
how's everyone holding up? Need to get a new scale, this digital one stinks.
For lunch today, diced chicken, peppers, onions, zuchinni, carrots and diced bacon

night before weigh in rub preparation h over your body then wrap in saran wrap. shrivels your belly like a hemorhoid. LOL
