I am down 12lbs. In a contest with a buddy. High stakes -- loser has to pay for the other couples dinner. Both of us can EAT so it will be expensive either way. I want to drop 10 more in the contest and long term want to be down 30 total from where I am now.

I have tried to eliminate one meal a day and have been eating high protein low carb as well as salads. I generally supplement with a V8. I used to be ~140lbs with <4% body fat in college. I don't think I can get back there but I would like to get down to 180.
