Been a while since I checked in. My weight isn't dropping like I'd hoped, hovering right around 250, but I've gone to the inner most notch on my belt and I'm able to wear uniforms that I haven't been able to wear for two years, so I guess I'm gaining muscle while losing inches. I've had people say that I look like I've lost weight, so I guess that's a plus too. BJJ has improved my cardio tenfold since I started. Also, side note, my professor told me that I'll be earning my first stripe this month.

A couple of things I forgot in my update post, I haven't been able to get a sleep study scheduled yet, due to my work schedule, but I did get my test levels checked at my checkup with my regular doc. Blood test came back as pretty low for my age, said my total level was 283. Doc said he likes to see men my age in the 500-700 range, so I'm going back next week to discuss options. Looking like it's either going to be clomid to try and stimulate my own test production, or testosterone shots to supplement. My doc & I are both leaning towards the clomid first, and injections if that doesn't work.
I'm hoping to have a sleep study done by the end of the month. Oh, yeah, and I'm competing in my first BJJ tourney at the end of the month too.
