sitting around 190 pounds and holding. Since I added carbs back to my diet I've pretty much stopped losing weight. I'll hold at this weight and try not to add any. Then in a few weeks, I'll go for it again and see if I can get to 170 goal.

Been a minute since I've checked in. Weight loss seems to have plateaued, however, that is about to be remedied. I have an appointment to have a sleep study done, and will more than likely be on a cpap machine afterwards. From what my wife has told me (she is a polysomnographer...aka sleep tech), sleep apnea could be a factor in why I'm not losing anymore weight right now, since I'm not getting restful sleep. Also had some blood work done at an internal medicine specialist, and I'm talking with that doc about getting TRT started, my test levels are on the extremely low side of normal (300 ng/dL), and he said he wants me to try it and see if it helps with overall energy and mood.
