well hopped on the scale 268.8, not to bad for 4 days, how you guys holding up?
For those that drink coffee what do you add to it if anything? I tried that bulletproof coffee yesterday, wasn't bad, but at the end of the day, it still comes down to calories in vs calories out, I don't drink a ton of coffee, but almond milk saves a ton of calories, that stuff is like 30 calories a cup
Paleo has been working for us, been posting a bunch of recipes in food production, amazing how much we are losing and constantly eat, but not the starved feeling of like a keto or atkins, pretty sustainable imo
