2013 was an odd year for me. To start I lost 20lbs in the months of Jan/Feb. By summer my deadlift got higher than I ever expected it. But the last three months I lost all motivation and Im sure my weight is back up.
I got really bored with lifting weights and I still dont have much of a desire to do it.
Im going to have to figure something out.

why did you stop lifting?
I'm going to start doing ddp yoga in a couple weeks, it was my favorite part of p90x, and will help with my flexibilty when I get back into BJJ Arthur is da man

Starting Jan 25th, weigh in and 45 dollar entry fee, then monthly weigh ins til July, Goal is 70 lbs. I will be buying a DDM4 when I meet my goal.

how the hell do you have 70 pounds to lose? the pic with you and your newborn you posted looked around 190-200, are you cutting off a leg?

I carry the weight deceptively well because of my frame, carnival guessers are usually 50lbs off. 70lbs will get me below 200, but not by much, and for the first time since high school. I wrestled at 189 as a senior.
