naw, we have a juicer and make our own, we do make our own version of v-8 though with tomatoes, celery, carrots, onion, green peppers, black pepper and garlic, our scale is broke so didn't get a chance to weigh in, need to grab a new one today

well day 3, I almost caved last night, that's the killer for me, 8 pm snack time, I didn't want to break out the juicer, so I pounded a spicy V-8, how's everyone else doing?

I get hungry at night too. It's really the toughest time. I just cook some eggs or have a salad. It's starting to get old but I can feel the results already. Pants are loser and I have some spring in my step. So I'm not stopping until I get where I want to be.

I started I was at 223 pounds. haven't weighed myself yet, as I know it might discourage me. but My pants fit a lot better. Try not to look at the scale for the first few weeks. As sometimes the increase in meat in your diet will cause you to gain muscle.

you using just mayo for dressing?

No dairy at all?

no dairy, just mayo, i use it also to make my tuna and chicken salads.

hmm, some turkey burger, mayo, lettuce, onion and mustard, a bacon burger salad! I really need to stop thinking of food :(
